‎[NEWS] SM Entertainment will take legal action against someone who makes fake nude photo SNSD

SNSD's agency, SM Entertainment will soon make an official statement that they will respond 

with legal action against fake nude photos of SNSD that appears online.

On 16 February, SM Entertainment, and public relations officials have started taking action 

against nude photos that have appeared online.

An official said, "We have contacted the police to initiate investigations against fake nude 

photos that have been created and posted online, the images are disturbing and 

inappropriate for viewing public .. We will have a full investigation with the help of police 

Seoul ".

Synthesis of SNSD will respond strongly to people who have been distributing the nude 

photos.

Someone is manipulating and distributing nude photos, will be legally actionable. SM stated 

that "SNSD nude photos is currently under police investigation," police investigation Seoul

 will take action within 14 days.

[NEWS] SNSD Jessica Talk About First Attempt at Acting

In a recent interview, Jessica talked about her first real attempt at acting.  Although she did do a musical before, this was the first time being in a full production drama with a supporting role.

On the subject of new challenges, she said, “It is true that my appearance on ‘Wild Romance’ was decided in a rush. I didn’t have a lot of time to prepare because there was also a lot of overseas schedules for Girls’ Generation. I feel a bit sad that I couldn’t focus on just the drama. However, I’m really happy that I could experience something new.”

Even with all her schedules with SNSD, the production did not have to change their filming schedules.  This shows how busy she has been recently and her commitment to being everywhere at once (I don’t know how they do it honestly).  Of course when you do everything, you’re not going to be getting very much sleep (and we know how much this Ice Princess likes her sleep).  She said, “I could not get a lot of sleep. I was worried I would look tired in the drama. It is true that I was physically exhausted.” She laughed and added, “However, there were a lot of things that I learned through this drama.”

There were also many emotional scenes in this drama.  You’d think these would be the most difficult for an actor to pull off, but Jessica said, “Emotional scenes were actually the most fun for me. I like myself focusing and immersing myself in an emotion.”  Haha, ok, shows you how focused she is.  But maybe a little of that Ice Princess alter ego coming out too? 

She also talked about the big kiss scene from the drama.  She said, “I acted out a kiss scene elsewhere before. But at that time I ‘acted’ like I did, so I was really nervous about this one.”  She also said, “Before we started filming, I was told, ‘You really have to do this kiss scene,’ and I got nervous.” Jessica seemed shy about it and also added, “I shot the kiss scene comfortably by just going along with Lee Dongwook sunbae’s lead.”

Well, looks like her first acting attempt was a success!  I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of her in the acting world soon enough!  Maybe she can take in a few tip from acting queen Yoona!

Girls’ Generation spotted at an NYC nightclub

Looks like Girls’ Generation took some time to let loose in New York City after performing on bothLate Show with David Letterman and LIVE! With Kelly.

A video was recently posted on Youtube with the title, ‘Girls’ Generation at a club in New York‘, where the 9 members Taeyeon, Yoona, Jessica, Sooyoung, Yuri, Tiffany, Sunny, Seohyun, and Hyoyeon were spotted at a local club in Manhattan.

After the girls were introduced by the house DJ, they began casually swaying their hips to the music. Hyoyeon who is known to be one of the main dancers of the group was especially lively in the video, dancing with her hands in the air.

Netizens who saw the video remarked, “Girls’ Generation looked pretty in NYC“, “Hyoyeon looks excited to be at a club“, “Why didn’t the other girls dance more with her?”, and more.

‎[NEWS] MBC to air Christmas music special, starring SNSD

MBC is currently in the works of creating a special music show, ‘SNSD’s Christmas Fairy Tale‘.

A representative from MBC stated, “‘SNSD’s Christmas Fairy Tale’ will be a music show with a specific concept. The girls will be able to do all the things they’ve always dreamed about doing on stage. Events may include such things like duet performances, however, nothing has been finalized as of now“.

The program will not be a full-length series with an organized format; rather, it’s a special event scheduled to air one-time on December 24th at 12:20AM KST.

It’s rare for a broadcasting company to create a music show for just one individual artist. The fact that MBC is embarking on this new project only further proves just how popular these girls really are. SNSD has also been selected to be the main feature of a new entertainment program on jTBC, and they have been actively promoting themselves on various variety programs as well.

SNSD returned with their full-length third album in October and will be promoting their follow-up track “Mr. Taxi” starting December.
