I don't think taeyeon dancing is bad. It is just that she has lots of lines that requires lots of power and too has lots of high notes. If she were to dance aals strong as hyoyeon, she will run out of breath easily and will be super hard for her to hit her notes. As for the vocalist, doubtless taeyeon is the first. However in my opinion seohyun can be listed as second, Tiffany as third and Jessica as fourth. Perhaps this ranking is done before the sub-unit taetiseo is built, but seohyun proves herself to be an excellent singer(even better than Tiffany) in twinkle! Her ability
To hit high notes is just amazing. I really like her high notes though taeyeon hit most high notes but she really shines and impress others with her voice! For Tiffany, I think she is a kind that brings the atmosphere up and has a good control over her voice. However still her inability to hit those amazing high notes landed her to third. Jessica has a really beautiful and nice voice, however I really doubt her singing ability when it comes to live performance. Not that she can't sing, but she doesn't has very good control. Her sweet voice makes her stand out as a vocalist in snsd. However, I think the ranking is reasonable. :)

Seohyun is better that Sunny and Yoona in dancing...
Seohyun and Tiffany is also better than Jessica in singing...

My argument for vocal,,
Okay first of all listen to "dancing queen" by them Seohyun Jessica and Tiffany had a high note part Seohyun and Fany were spot on but sica wasnt as impressive. Than in dancing watch that same video Sunny i admit she is a great dancer one of the reasons why i think Seo should before her because Seo has like that shape and action to do the movement but facial expression Sunny wins that. And that is my argument but all the girls have talent.
